Ricardo “Rico” H. For over 20 years Rico has continued to design customized training programs for high profile athletes, executives and companies such as Madison Square Garden, New York Stock Exchange, Hartford Civic Center, Anaheim Ducks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Indians, NBA teams, NHL teams, NFL teams, MLB teams,  and all players and teams in Major League Soccer. He is one of the nation’s leading Sports consultants.

Rico’s specialty areas include the development and delivery of training and development programs uniquely specifically for high profile talent, athletes, and executives. In addition, Rico is the Executive Director of The American Association of Collegiate Student Athletes (AACSA), a non-profit organization dedicated to college student graduation. He is a nationally recognized speaker and addresses organizations, associations, and corporations on the key elements of protecting professional image, life skills and achieving personal success.

Prior to founding Centaur Consulting Rico was formerly the VP of Human Resources and Administration for SRI Surgical, Director of Human Resources for ESPN and VP Regulatory Affairs and Operations for CH2M Hill. He sits on the Board of Directors for OneSource Entertainment Group and is a member of the Fairhaven High School Hall of Fame. Rico holds a JD from the Suffolk University School of Law in Business and Employment Law and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
